MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM
The membership year is from the 1st of Jan to the 31st of Dec.

This form is to be completed, signed, and returned to the secretary of the Action Air Club Auckland. Completing this form is not a guarantee of member
ship.


By signing this form, I declare that:
1. I agree to comply with the rules and policies of Action Air Club Auckland.
2. I agree to comply with the directions of the Game Event Marshals while at Action Air Club Auckland events.
3. I agree not to act in any way that will bring Action Air Club Auckland into disrepute.
4. I agree to comply with the NZ Arms Act 1983, the Arms Regulations 1992, and the Arms Code 2013.
5. I give my permission for my details to be forwarded to the local NZ Police Arms Officer for evaluation.
6. I give permission for my details to remain on file with Action Air Club Auckland.

Furthermore, I understand that:
1. Membership status and benefits do not apply until my subscription has been paid in full.
2. Membership is not complete until approved by the Committee.
3.  All new members are probationary members for a 3 month period and may have restrictions placed on them until they can demonstrate a suitable level of airsoft proficiency.

25.00 NZD - Registration Fee (Only Once)

1) Membership subscription fees are $25 per annum payable by the 1st of January each year.
2) Action Air Club Auckland will gratefully accept any donations.
3) Action Air Club Auckland suggests a donation of a gold coin for use of club guns.
